John made our experience exceptional. He made sure we were taken care of and that we had to spend as little time as possible doing paperwork. We were met immediately upon entering the dealership. We said we were looking for John and he appeared quickly. He indicated that he had an appointment but would get his brother Nathan to help. Both w We said we were looking for John and he appeared quickly. He indicated that he had an appointment but would get his brother Nathan to help. Both were friendly, courteous and helpful. We quickly found a car we liked. He helped us with the military discount and walked us through the new technology in the car. Jeff (?, the finance guy) gave quick unbiased explanations for the various financing and warranty options. All in all a very positive experience. We are previous Lexus owners so were not surprised but were pleased it was still part of the brand. More
