Our sales rep was cordial. However, whether a honest mistake or purposeful a couple of unintended add-on items were on the draft final price. The rep recognized the error and However, whether a honest mistake or purposeful a couple of unintended add-on items were on the draft final price. The rep recognized the error and changed it. It was an all cash deal and nonetheless had to listen to the various additional warranty items that should be needed with a Lexus. Our second purchase from this dealership and the outboard review of the car's options could have been more thorough. All said, the dealership does recognize that customer satisfaction is important. We were met immediately upon entering the dealership. We said we were looking for John and he appeared quickly. He indicated that he had an appointment but would get his brother Nathan to help. Both w We said we were looking for John and he appeared quickly. He indicated that he had an appointment but would get his brother Nathan to help. Both were friendly, courteous and helpful. We quickly found a car we liked. He helped us with the military discount and walked us through the new technology in the car. Jeff (?, the finance guy) gave quick unbiased explanations for the various financing and warranty options. All in all a very positive experience. We are previous Lexus owners so were not surprised but were pleased it was still part of the brand. More
