We were met immediately upon entering the dealership. We said we were looking for John and he appeared quickly. He indicated that he had an appointment but would get his brother Nathan to help. Jeff (?, the finance guy) gave quick unbiased explanations for the various financing and warranty options. All in all a very positive experience. We are previous Lexus owners so were not surprised but were pleased it was still part of the brand. More
