They were fabulous!!! Got us in, were super friendly, including to our kids and dogs, giving treats and free sandwich coupons plus maps. They diagnosed the issue quickly and checked it more in depth, allowing us to continue our travels with peace of mind. On the phone before we got there she set us up with car rental phone numbers in case we needed them to continue on. They thought of everything and were super considerate and friendly. The amazing part was they charged us nothing, saying happy holidays! Wow!!!!! Would completely go there regularly if we lived there! Wonderful people and we couldn't be more grateful for them. More

Great people to work with! I was searching for a new car to replace my daughter's 2013 Camry lease. Joanna knew my interests as she had been servicing my two Camrys for years a I was searching for a new car to replace my daughter's 2013 Camry lease. Joanna knew my interests as she had been servicing my two Camrys for years and let me know of one new model I might want. I went to Rich as he had sold me several previously. Justin took over, being about as friendly, knowledgeable and patient a salesman as you could want. He was as professional and courteous as I had encountered as I shopped 5 dealerships for a car. In the end I chose Toyota of Boardman for the people, and a great price. Their service and support have been outstanding in the past and the true team effort shown by them should keep it going. Rich was great in details of the financing and 'Big J' had input to finalize the deal. My daughter Katie and I are totally satisfied! More

Assistance with out of state service I contacted this dealer after searching the internet for information regarding an update to the Nav system on a 2012 Prius V. I live in Santa Barbara I contacted this dealer after searching the internet for information regarding an update to the Nav system on a 2012 Prius V. I live in Santa Barbara, ca. and have not been able to gather any information from our local dealers. I talked with Joanna, on 1/118/2016 and she was also unsure about available updates to the Nav System but said she would get back to me. The very next day she called with all the information I was seeking. This is service above and beyond anything available in Santa Barbara.
