I spent almost two years trying to find the RAV4 we wanted. After I found Toyota of Boardman I had one in only two days. The purchase process was totally pain free and they made sure I did not lose my chance at buying, as I was coming from the neighboring state, a few days later (they allowed a small cash deposit over the phone to hold it). The RAV4 comes in a huge variety of engines, trim levels etc., we purchased the exact one we wanted in the color we wanted with every option we wanted. We could not be more pleased and look forward to dealing here again. The price difference vs. my home town was also a shock and a pleasant surprise. They saved me several thousand dollars for taking a 40min drive to Ohio. More

He took us through the entire process of purchasing a new Rav4 and did so with total professionalism. Our past experiences in buying a new car at other dealerships has not usually been a pleasant one, but this time was very different. Trust is the difference! Keven is obviously a very honest person who also demonstrates a very caring attitude toward helping making this experience a very informed and positive one. Kevin thoroughly explained every aspect of buying a new car and answered every question with complete professionalism. Much the same can be said about Jessica and Rich, as they also helped us make just the right choices. Thank you Jessica, Rich, and especially Keven, for making this process a very positive one. Mostly because of these three people. we will definitely come back to Toyota of Boardman the next time we are looking to buy a car. More

Great Dealership Experience Excellent experience on my first new Toyota purchase. I went into the situation knowing what I wanted for a new vehicle, and what I wanted for my tra Excellent experience on my first new Toyota purchase. I went into the situation knowing what I wanted for a new vehicle, and what I wanted for my trade. I found 2 matching vehicles local to me, and gave Toyota of Boardman the first shot and making the deal and they came through. The purchasing experience was pleasant, and all interactions were friendly. Kevin made sure to answer all of our questions about the new vehicle, and took quite a bit of time and care to make sure we knew the features of our new car. Going through the information in Finance with Erica was more helpful than other financial experiences I've had in the past, and she made sure to explain the whole process in terms that were easily understood. After purchase, we had to return for some service as part of our deal, and Jessica was very helpful in setting all of that up for me, and ensuring that I would have a vehicle to drive while my new Toyota was there. The experience I had in the past week with this dealership is 100x better than the experience I had for the entire past 2 years with my old vehicle. I would recommend visiting Toyota of Boardman for your next Toyota purchase. More
