Exceptional Service!!! I purchased a new vehicle from Toyota of Boardman and when I brought it home, I noticed a few minor superficial issues. I brought it to the service de I purchased a new vehicle from Toyota of Boardman and when I brought it home, I noticed a few minor superficial issues. I brought it to the service department and they told me that they would correct the problems, no questions asked!! Gerald and Joanna were great to work with! They were very friendly and helpful! I got my car back 1 day later with all of the issues resolved!! It looks fantastic, and I am so pleased with all of the work that was done to it! I feel very confident in the service department and staff at Toyota of Boardman. Thank you so much for getting my car back to me looking even better than before!! More

Bought new Rav4 Very helpful and professional they proved that "we really do come first". Randy Rogan & John Mitsos helped my wife get the Rav 4 that she wanted. I do not say this very often about a car dealership because I've had some bad experiences over the years but Preston Toyota sure treated us right and whenever it's time for a new car I'll definitely go back there.
