I drive straight there and was greeted with a warm "authentic" smile and immediately matched with a salesman Jeff Twiggs. I specifically asked Jeff to handle the trade-in and approval process before driving the vehicle. My requests are unorthodox I'm sure, but he honored my request without question. I was in and out the door with my beautiful Mercedes within a couple of hours. Absolutely NO pressure from anyone. Instead, I was relaxed and actually enjoyed the process.... right down to the moment I signed the dotted line with Sharon Thompson. Ms. Thompson not only handled my closing, but took the time to thoroughly explain additional services that were available to me. She never once made me feel pressured, but instead highlighted the benefits that I may find appealing and in one situation was down right necessary.
