We bought a brand new vehicle from Carlos Fonseca, just to find out that he knowingly sold us a car with a major paint defect. Less than 24hrs later it's back at the dealership. Multiple employees looked at the car over including Tim Saunders from service, their sales manager Alberto Bahler, and another manager James who admitted the substantial cosmetic defect. They kept the car for a week trying to fix it and it took us multiple trips and calls to Toyota corporate for them to finally exchange the car. Their general sales manager Roberto Nunez promised a "key to key" exchange for an identical model and there would be no extra charges, their finance manager Charlie Munoz reassured us that there would be no extra charges as well, except that we just found out that not only they charged us an extra $2,000 on top of what we paid on the original car, but they've also left the loan from the defective car still active on our account. We are still unable to resolve the issues because as soon as any of them pickup our calls they raise their voices and drop the receiver. Absolutely unreal. This is not just bad customer service but is straight up malicious behavior on their part because they have caused us so much harm and grief in the past two weeks. Truly a car purchase from xxxx. Carlos Fonseca is the best! Most polite, respectful, and patient young man I have ever worked with. I recommend everybody looking for a new car to go and ask for him personally! My 82-year-old mother was called by salesman, Jerry, to test drive a 2020 Rav4. I went with her to protect her from the vultures. I failed badly! Mom was a cash customer and wanted to keep it around the 30 test drive a 2020 Rav4. I went with her to protect her from the vultures. I failed badly! Mom was a cash customer and wanted to keep it around the 30k mark if possible. The 2020 would put her budget too high with tax and dealer fees, so we found a 2019 that was perfect, priced at 30,500, with 29k miles. Mom has been a diehard Toyota fan all her life. She has always been a true believer in the dealers certified used vehicles sold in like new condition. As long as I can remember she has bought these cars and trucks from Toyota dealers. This time was such a disappointment. We were so patient by staying at this dealership 5.5 hours, bought this Rav4 with no test drive or clean inspection, trusting that the salesperson was doing her right. They had this car stuck in the back row, boxed in by a car that wouldn't start due to a dead battery. So, we squeezed into the car and sat inside it so we could wait for them to move the car behind it. They couldn't start it, so we went back inside. I didn't mention, mom is on a walker, and this is not a small place. 5.5 hours later we were both so tired, she wanted to just buy the car, since it was the color and model she wanted. I should have pulled her out of that place hours earlier. But I was also about to pass out tired. Then the paperwork was shuffled in front of her to sign. She questioned why the 30,500 was now 36+ and they are of course trained what to say to make the sale. So, she signed because she was tired and trusted the salesman. Now the finance guys had her ready to write a check. Again, we questioned why we had to pay 1k dealer fee when she is paying cash. They must teach them all to respond with how they too had to pay it when they bought their cars there. Anyway, he talked her into an electronics warranty for another 1200 for 3 years. Now her check was for 38+ k. Never test drove this car, never saw it out of the tucked in parking spot out back, never cleaned up. While she's doing all of this paperwork, I loaned them my jumper box to start the car boxing our new/used car in, so they could take it out back and wash it for mom to drive home. It was very dirty from sitting for a while where it was. Now, the sale is done. We walk out front o put mom in her new car, finally get to see it without being boxed in and clean, and there are 3 dents on the RH side. We pointed them out and we were totally ignored. Mom was so tired after 5.5 hours of this that she just wanted to get home. She drove it home. When looking it over the next day, and reading the paperwork, we decided to take this car back. It was advertised as certified- like new condition and the black book paperwork the salesman gave us had it listed in extra clean condition. I know what this means. Every Toyota mom has bought like this for at least the past 40 years has always been perfect condition. This car was sold to her under fraudulent conditions and was mis-represented to the max! I told her to cancel her check since we were there 5.5 hours on Saturday and being out of state check shouldn't have time to hit the bank yet. I took her back to talk to management with the car. I figured management would work something out to make this right, then we could write another check either for a discounted price due to the dents or another car without dents. No problem, right? WRONG! So, after we made it clear we would not stay 5 hours again, and trying to get some help, 30 minutes later after making myself clear that I will hand them the keys and the check is canceled, we finally got a manager outside to the car. I simple showed him the dents and his response was, "it is a used car and priced accordingly". Now I'm ready for battle after hearing such a discounted answer from the manager! I told him we bought a dealer certified used car in like new condition and showed him the black book paper they handed us showing it as extra clean. I've been a mechanic for 30 years and told him the one dent can't be fixed without Bondo and new paint. He argued that his dent guy could get it out and he would send it to the shop for touch up. I told him I don't want touch up paint because I could do that at home if I wanted to. This one dent will not come out without repair because it's curled right in the door seem. After a lot of yelling and stress about wanting a like new car without dents, we agreed to let his body shop guy try to fix all 3 dents, and keep the car. Now, the finance guy is ready to complete payment again. He said mom would have to go to her bank and get a certified bank check this time, since she canceled her other one. She explain why she couldn't because it's her credit union from out of state. He put a paper in front of her telling her to contact her bank and have the money wired transferred to the place on the paper he gave her. Now, again I failed my mom by letting this happen. I should of told this guy what he could do with his paper and handed the keys over, but by now the car is out back somewhere for the body shop guy to look at. Again, 2 hours later, mom finally exhausted every effort to figure out how to wire 38k over her cell phone. Now, 3 hours later, the car is back out front, still has the dents, money is wired, and the body shop guy is no where to be found, He will be in Thursday they said and will call us to bring it in for an appointment. That was Monday, today is Friday. Yesterday mom called 3 times and still nobody could find this body shop guy to make an appointment. So, we have a certified -like new -used Rav4 XLE Premium from 441 Toyota with 3 dents in the side, I can't even begin to tell you the stress mom has been put through, and nobody is making any effort to make it right. I did however find a car fraud lawyer that has a lot to say about this whole situation. I have an appointment Monday with him. I will follow up this outcome at a later date. Definitely very dishonest and unreliable dealership. Very harsh and no respect for customer. They took a deposit of $1000 without showing or test driving a mini van and later said its non-refundable. Sa Very harsh and no respect for customer. They took a deposit of $1000 without showing or test driving a mini van and later said its non-refundable. Sales person doesn’t have idea about the features and said 7 seater captain chairs in Sienna XLE has ottoman ( full recline)feature and when vehicle arrived it is missing. They charged me $300+ more when asked to switch to 8 seater for no reason. I was forced to take dealership appearance fee of $1450. Assured permaplate plan give peace of mind for long time and charged $899 for 7 years and when closed the deal, very surprised to see 3 year plan for $245, which is already covered by Toyoguard premium plan. Why would I pay $899 for already covered plan? James Barton denying promising anything. I have a email to show it never said for 3 years and when I asked about difference between Toyoguard platinum ($699) interior/exterior protection and permaplate plan .. He mentioned that later plan will give peace of mind for rest of life(long term, max. 7 years). Sales manager was nice before puting deposit and was very rude and harsh after. No respect for customer. More

Zero stars for this dealership!!! The worst experience I have ever had buying a car. Steve the sales man told my husband everything he wanted to hear to get us into the dealership. James Barton the manage have ever had buying a car. Steve the sales man told my husband everything he wanted to hear to get us into the dealership. James Barton the manager confirmed the deal with my husband. We came in to buy a Toyota Camry, the out the door price and the financing was all agreed upon via calls , texts and e mails. Once we were almost finished with the financing they added $2500 to the out the door price they had promised us. Needless to say we did not buy the car, we wasted hours of our time and left very upset and discusted at the experience!!! I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. They will tell you anything to get you in the door and then change the entire deal. Very unprofessional and insulting. IVETA More

We placed a 500 deposit on a 2015 Nissan Juke via CC. We were told the car was put to the side and it was ours. We arranged a shipper as we were out of state. We arranged bank to wire money n Monday as it were told the car was put to the side and it was ours. We arranged a shipper as we were out of state. We arranged bank to wire money n Monday as it was a Friday afternoon and credit union was closed. Salesman called the next morning and said they took another deposit and whoever got the money their first won the car. Normally I would tell a shady business tactic like this to shove it!! But the way they were acting I was concerned they would keep our deposit. Bank was minutes from wiring money on Monday when dealer called and said we lost the competition and the other people got it??? Told them what I thought of their dealership. No apology nothing.. CC refunded. Next day three fraudulent charges on our card from that city in Florida. Had to cancel CC and refute changes with CC company. Avoid this place at all costs. Getting this info out as much as I can..BBB and any review site. These guys re crooked with no ethics.. Beware!! More
