I had a horrible experience purchasing a brand new truck online. Jeremy helped order the truck online. Skylar assisted by providing the bottom line price to be paid once the car arrived. Both Jeremy or Skyler were not available when the truck arrived so I was assigned to Pedro. Pedro was no help providing all the costs associated with my truck. Skylar quoted $40k bottom line and Pedro slyly increased the price to over $46k by adding dealer service fees, maintenance fees, gap and a supposedly non-negotiable dealership package. Frank, the finance manager, was totally taking advantage of my lack of knowledge for buying a new car! He never showed me my contract or the detailed purchase information. Instead, He wrote my monthly payment on a piece of paper and explained the costs. I was overwhelmed and under experienced, which led to my HUGE mistake by signing the contract electronically without even viewing what I was signing. They even rushed me out the door with my new truck without giving me a copy of my paperwork. I had to go into the dealership the next day to request a hard copy, which they put on me snarking that I was in a hurry! When reviewing the actual paperwork I noticed they charged me $4k worth of service and maintenance related charges and gap insurance. This doesn’t include that supposed non negotiable dealership package which I feel was a lie and was negotiable. They totally took advantage of my situation needing a car and by not showing me what I was purchasing. Do yourself a favor and find another dealership that actually cares to provide you with a fair deal! This dealership will take you for every penny you're worth! More

I have worked w/ Mr. Delgado in the past when we needed a new vehicle for my wife, very professional and helpful. This time my wife and I were looking for a new car for me. We had a unique request, a Toyota new vehicle for my wife, very professional and helpful. This time my wife and I were looking for a new car for me. We had a unique request, a Toyota Supra. Mr. Delgado did not have one available at the moment, however they were able to find an exact spec (3.0 Premium), was available in white, we had discussed pricing w/ Mr. Delgado and Mr. Cutler, including warranty and financing with Finance manager Vince. All very professional. I was also assured a Supra Tech is there for servicing the vehicle. After about a week or so, we were informed the vehicle had arrived. We went, filled out the paperwork as previously discussed regarding pricing and warranties. Thank you all very much. More

Do not purchase a vehicle from Southern 441 if you are an out of state buyer. I have been trying to reach this dealership since I was interested in their Nissan GT-R. I came to them with financing in hand, r out of state buyer. I have been trying to reach this dealership since I was interested in their Nissan GT-R. I came to them with financing in hand, ready to mail out the information they needed from my bank to proceed, I purchased the insurance coverage, sent proof of identity, and had a down payment in hand as well. The sales manager, Skyler, tells me that they have no way of confirming my funds from my credit union, despite me having instructions on how to do so, and asks me to use their in-house financing. I though, why not, it helps them out and I can always refinance the car later. The finance manager, Frank, runs my credit through quite a few creditors and I'm starting to get agitated at this point because I keep getting credit alert emails and calls, he tells me he has a bite but he's waiting on another bank before presenting my options. Two days go by and I hear nothing. I reach out to the salesman who initially handled my inquiry, he does not respond, I reach out to Skyler, he does not respond, I try to contact Frank and he does not respond. So you run my credit, weren't satisfied with the results and then abandoned me as a potential buyer. I even sent them photo proof of the check and the instructions provided my by institution and still nothing. I definitely do not recommend buying from. This has been an very unprofessional experience. I backed out of a deal for a different GT-R since this one had less miles, now I have to go back to the other dealership with my tail between my legs. Terrible. If 0 stars were possible, I'd give it to them. More

Upon doing some research of different Toyota deal My wife and I began to look for a 2020 Toyota Highlander Hybrid XLE w/ the 2nd row Captain's Chairs. Upon doing some research of different Toyota dealerships in the area, this dealership had excellent reviews, including the Salesperson Alvaro Delgado. We decided to give this a try and emailed Mr. Delgado directly through "dealerrater.com". Mr. Delgado and the team (Sales manager Skyler Cutler and Finance manager Alfonso Suarez) impressed me with their professionalism and transparency in the vehicle discussion, offers and purchase process. I made a great decision coming to this dealership to find a great team and obtained a great offer. We said goodbye to our previous vehicle for trade in (which was also a fair offer), looked at excellent extended warranty plans available (and were also given a great offer on an extended warranty plan that works for us), we finalized the car purchase. I will certainly recommend this dealership to any family or friend who are looking for a new Toyota vehicle.
