Very knowledgeable and well trained Staff and Excellent Serv Let's put it this way : The reason both of my current cars are Toyota ( Corolla and Highlander) is not only because of the reliability, comfort and af Let's put it this way : The reason both of my current cars are Toyota ( Corolla and Highlander) is not only because of the reliability, comfort and affordability that Toyota cars provide, but for me, also mainly because I was impressed by the Service that the staff at Toyota on the Park provide and also the cleanliness and well lit spacious service centre. My second car was a Nissan Sentra and when it was time to replace it, I had no hesitation to choose a Toyota after having witnessed and experienced the VIP treatment offered at this service centre. If anything, I would like to commend Mr Mario Ngg, the service manager there who had a lot in getting me convinced to choose a Toyota for my second vehicle. Not to forget also Mr. Hon Ho, the service adviser for all the help and promptness and efficiency in always correctly diagnosing and fixing my car problems . Kudos to the Toyota on the Park Service Centre team. More

I like everything about the experience, Convenient location, good waiting area, complimentary refreshments, my car is always ready on time, usually before the estimated time. The best thing of all is the staff!! They are courteous, knowledgeable always smiling and friendly. All round great customer service! Thank you Toyota! More

Very impressed with excellent service and professionalism. Was very impressed with the excellent service provided from the time I entered the service area to drop my car to the time I picked up my car late in Was very impressed with the excellent service provided from the time I entered the service area to drop my car to the time I picked up my car late in the afternoon. The staff, especially Mr Mario Ng ( I think he is the service manager), were very helpful courteous and professional. I felt like a VIP by the way Mr. Ng addressed me and provided me with the assurance and comfort that I have come to the right dealership to have my car serviced, my winter tires swapped and provided me with valuable and detailed information for my purchase of a new set of all season tires. It was not just me; while waiting for the complimentary shuttle to drop me at the nearest subway, I witnessed how he gave the same VIP treatment and courtesy to the other customers. The service consultant Mr Hon Ho was also very polite and professional and helpful. I have been to other dealerships in previous years for my other car and previously to a non-Toyota dealer; but Toyota on the Park is by far the best I've experienced. More

It would be great if it was more comfortable and a food offering such as muffins, cookies and donuts for those waiting for their car to be serviced while the wait. Signage on the roadway showing the entrance to service. Current signage is misleading. Thanks Robert Horwitz More

I don't know a whole about cars and I can completely depend upon and trust Hon to only do what's needed. I actually look forward to servicing my car now. I "discovered" Toyota On the Park by accident. I didn't buy my Toyota here and when I thought my original dealer was cheating me, i came here as it was on the way. I'm so glad I did because from the first visit some 2 years ago until now; I've had nothing but excellence, reliability and complete trust. Never lose that because I will not go anywhere else to service my car and when I need to buy a new one, this will be my only place to visit. Thank you and keep up the great work. More

Better than expected I was delighted and surprised when after a wait of an hour and a half while my 2005 Toyota was being serviced for an unknown rattling sound, I was pre I was delighted and surprised when after a wait of an hour and a half while my 2005 Toyota was being serviced for an unknown rattling sound, I was presented with a "No charge" statement. I had had my car in for brake work 4 months ago but still was expecting some charge for taking care of the rattle in one of the wheels. After all it is a 2005 Corolla. Anyway, I left a very happy customer! More

I bought my van in for a recall service and also to have my tail light replaced. Although it took a day, it wasn't all that bad with the shuttle that was provided. The driver dropped me off home and then my tail light replaced. Although it took a day, it wasn't all that bad with the shuttle that was provided. The driver dropped me off home and then picked me up when the van was ready. I have never been disappointed by the quality of work until now. First I found some grease streaks on the passenger seat near the gear shift side (from the recall servicing). This was not the true issue and can be cleaned off at a later date. Second the reason why I gave an okay rating. I had to go back to have the tail light re-seated. The original technician that worked on it had crimped the weather strip between the glass and tail light. And the tail light had a significant gap between the light and panel it was attached to. Although the situation was resolved to my satisfaction, please remind the technicians to be mindful about what they are replacing and how it would look. I am a proud Toyota owner and will show off and talk about my van to people who ask. Overall, I am very happy with the service department and would recommend it to anyone who asks. Thank-you. More

He is an extremely personable individual who always goes out of his way to be Hon Ho has been taking care of me and my 2007 Yaris for several years. He is an extremely personable individual who always goes out of his way to be helpful, reassuring, honest and professional. It's nice that he also has a good sense of humour! On the few occasions that Hon has not been available, Alex Chan has also been a pleasure to do business with. The South African gentleman who runs the shuttle-bus (sorry, I don't remember his name!) is also a personal favourite. His service is prompt, courteous, and he has excellent road etiquette. On some occasions I've had to wait around several hours in the restaurant upstairs. What could easily be a tiresome experience is, instead, quite a pleasant interlude in a busy day. The food is just fine, the service very friendly, and it helps that the space is light and airy with plenty of comfortable seating. I enjoyed a good 45 minute nap there just last week! This is by far the best service centre I've ever used, whether in the US, UK, SA or here at home in Canada. More
