Much better second time around Our first visit to the Sandy location was weirdly upsetting. The sales rep did nothing to make us feel welcome, like he was interested, or even cared Our first visit to the Sandy location was weirdly upsetting. The sales rep did nothing to make us feel welcome, like he was interested, or even cared who we were. It seemed like once we said what we had in mind and our price goal was low, he did nothing to get us excited about alternatives or try to see if we'd go a little over our goal. No test drive offered. Basically take it or leave it, could care less, stop wasting my time was what we read from him. Hector C. at the South Salt Lake location on the other hand was immensely engaging and didn't shy from our price goals. He immediately got us in a car and went over the exciting elements. He cared about our story and why we were shopping for a new vehicle. Always smiling and took his time to make sure we had all the information we needed. Long story short - Hector helped us get into an Outback Premium (vs. the base Impreza we'd been told was our only option originally) at a price we were comfortable with and are very happy. Great working with him and would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or lease. More

Scheduled Service I scheduled my oil change and tire rotation at 8 am Saturday the 22nd I got there at 7:58 and they were basically waiting there for me. They took my keys I sat in the lounge and 20 minutes later everything is done and they had washed my car and vacuumed the front out. I have bought many cars from this dealership and will continue to do so. More

We have known Tom every since the store was a Pontiac dealership. He tooks great care of us and you could tell he really LISTENED to customers and was genuinely interested in what issues he could help them with! What an asset to your organization! Madelyn Parker replied to me when I mentioned an interest in the Subaru Forrester. She has followed up with us and offered any assistance we needed. She is also genuine and cares about her customers! Unfortunately, at this time, my wife doesn't want another car payment- both of our cars are paid off- so we'll have to wait awhile. I do know that if and when we decide to buy a new car, we will definitely come to Mark Miller Subaru! More
