SMBMW called me when my service was completed, Uber picked me up at my house in Marina Del Rey, when I arrived at SMBMW they asked me if I wanted my car washed, I said that was part of the service, why picked me up at my house in Marina Del Rey, when I arrived at SMBMW they asked me if I wanted my car washed, I said that was part of the service, why call me when the car wasn't ready, then my car came out half washed, i said what's this? He told me that I was in a hurry, I told him I wasn't in a hurry, they called and said my car was ready, needless to say, it was a bad experience. More

I took my X7 for service there once they had it ready they complained about there BMW x5 which was a loaner car for a tiny scratch and they hit my brand new car and decided to not say nothing. Once we made a pit stop i noticed the big hit and then they said they did it coming out of their lot... if I wouldn't of had said anything or notice right away I'm sure they would've tried lying and saying they didn't do it.
