Very poor service and attention to details. Bought a used car and purchased the extended warranty. The following week Had the car checked out at my local BMW dealer and required power train service. Found out the warranty was not valid and required many phone call to Santa Monica dealership. No one answers their phone or returns your call. Finally had to call BMW USA and file a complaint before getting my extended warranty issue resolved. More
