Hi, my name is Hannah. I have been with Maple Hill since 2019 as the Volkswagen service advisor. I have been in the automotive industry since 2012. I fell in love with helping customers understand what is going on with their vehicles and what they need to do to fix them. I have received and maintained a master service consultant certificate for the last three years with Volkswagen. Sky high prices! Would consider any other service option first before taking a vehicle here for anything but an oil change. I called yesterday morning needing to schedule an oil change. They were able to get me in the same day. Upon arrival, they met me to get everything set up, they kept me informed during the process and change. They were able to get me in the same day. I was not happy at all. Had to spend anither $20 to tighten up cover on bottom of car, it was scraping pavement after I left. Paid $40 for a bulb to be installed, never again.
