Stay away from their service department at all cost! There is no communication, no quick progress made or progress at all, you can’t get answers or direction on timeframes. The service director who was supposedly supposed to “help” has done all of answer 0 phone calls return 0 of my voicemails and provided no expedience of the repair. It’s almost as if they are intentionally holding my car because it’s gonna make them more money. AVOID this place at all cost! More

I brought car in to be evaluated since it was not running. I was told what the issue was. I had to call back after a week so see what was going on. It took over 3 weeks to fix, I had to call for upda running. I was told what the issue was. I had to call back after a week so see what was going on. It took over 3 weeks to fix, I had to call for updates since I was not given a timeframe as to how long it would take. I had car for less than 24 hours and it came to a dead stop on the road & had to be towed back to dealership. This time when asked about a timeframe I was just told parts were on backorder. No rental car or compensation offered. Four weeks later still no car or follow up as to timeframe. More
