Phaeton battery issue Hannah an Jordan were great. Hannah kept me informed as the work progressed. because the problem was electrical and could not be resolved on the day Hannah an Jordan were great. Hannah kept me informed as the work progressed. because the problem was electrical and could not be resolved on the day of my visit, she explained what was needed to be done and saw to it that I had a ride home, Jordan performed the work in a timely manner. although I decided to let the warranty company take care of the issue at a later date, I really appreciate the friendliness and professionalism of both Hannah and Jordan. thank you! Solved a Tough Problem My wife has a 2011 VW Routan SE van that had a low-level short that kept discharging the battery and caused the car's computer & anti- theft to disab My wife has a 2011 VW Routan SE van that had a low-level short that kept discharging the battery and caused the car's computer & anti- theft to disable the car and do a lot of strange things. Even though his diagnostic computer was unable to locate the problem the Maple Hill mechanic was able to find the problem which turned out to be corrosion. Tough job well done! More

I scheduled an appointment for 8am, Friday April 24th. I had a DRL out, my wipers stoped working and two vents stopped blowing air. I was quoted 4 hours. I didn’t get my vehicle back until Monday April 27th had a DRL out, my wipers stoped working and two vents stopped blowing air. I was quoted 4 hours. I didn’t get my vehicle back until Monday April 27th. I was told that I was misquoted and was given the quote. I missed out on work over the weekend because you held my car for 4 days. More

Warranty Work Completed Maple HIll Auto was able to complete warranty work on my Volkswagen even though I bought it used through another dealer when that dealer was unable to Maple HIll Auto was able to complete warranty work on my Volkswagen even though I bought it used through another dealer when that dealer was unable to complete it. Both Hannah and Kelsey were very professional and helpful throughout the entire process. Next time I'm in the market for a vehicle, I'm hoping to be able to purchase from Maple Hill because their service and support is outstanding. More
