I have bought my last 3 pickups from Family Ford Enfield. First person I spoke to on phone was rude because I didn’t buy the car there but was having it towed there. I explained I was told they would only tow to closest dealer he pretty much called me a liar didn’t buy the car there but was having it towed there. I explained I was told they would only tow to closest dealer he pretty much called me a liar. I then explained what my dealer said was wrong and the battery was tested good. I show up to pick it up and they replaced the battery. I then had to bring it to Greenfield for the software update on the emergency brake shock was the issue I told them about. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. More

As always I bring my 2011 ford F150 to Family ford for general maintenance and and of course repair, which is rarely needed. On this visit I knew I had a problem with the front end.
