From the moment, I called and spoken with Ken. Everything started going smoothly from speaking to Nick to the closing of the deal with Gregory. Gregory is outstanding I recently visited Rick Case Volkswagen with my son to buy his first car. As you can imagine, this is a major decision for a young kid so I thought th I recently visited Rick Case Volkswagen with my son to buy his first car. As you can imagine, this is a major decision for a young kid so I thought the process might be long and difficult. Luckily, my salesperson, Gregory Neita, worked his magic and made a deal happen. Gregory was extremely patient. I never felt rushed or pressured. He answered all our questions, showed us several different trim levels and thoroughly explain the features of each car. He was clear as to exactly what we wanted in terms of features and price, providing objective advice to help guide our decision. The General Manager of the store, Lawrence Fossati, was also very helpful in easing some concerns I had during the process. My son and I visited quite a few dealerships and Volkswagen wasn't even on our radar - my son and I stopped by on whim having just visited a dealership next door to VW. I'm glad we ran into Gregory and I will certainly look first to him/Rick Case Volkswagen the next time I'm in the market! More

very bad well, first let me say i had a great time with the sale Greg, after I went to finance I spoke with Daniel I told him that I wasn't ready to buy a car, well, first let me say i had a great time with the sale Greg, after I went to finance I spoke with Daniel I told him that I wasn't ready to buy a car, long story short I already have a tag but I asked to if he would be able to extend to 30 days tag and he said yes just call him I have been calling him no answer I call and ask to speak to a manager than the young lady transfer me to the finance department, and of Couse he answer the phone, and he told me that the transfer already went through, and I was not happy because that was not what we had agree upon. just to make a sale/commission you make a very good experience the worse in my life. and I would never do business with this company again and I know its not the company is the people that works for the company that's make people flee this way. don't get me wrong everyone was very happy as soon as I get my car and trying to reach someone no one is available . thanks Andria Brown-Maynard More
