Sales Manager Nick Jouault lied through his teeth to get out of a deal, saying that they could not sell a car to someone from out of state, as well as stating that a car had been sold which was still availa out of a deal, saying that they could not sell a car to someone from out of state, as well as stating that a car had been sold which was still available. This was all because they did not want to match a deal that they had already agreed on, and wanted to sell the car to someone else for a markup. Do not trust what they say, and take your business somewhere else. More

From the moment, I called and spoken with Ken. Everything started going smoothly from speaking to Nick to the closing of the deal with Gregory. The customer service, response time I could not be any happie started going smoothly from speaking to Nick to the closing of the deal with Gregory. The customer service, response time I could not be any happier with the choice of leasing my new Tiguan with Rick Case. I bought a 2017 Jetta and instead of being courteous and filling the car up with gas before I left the dealership I barely got enough gas to get home, also I’ve got to ball tires on the back of the car no o filling the car up with gas before I left the dealership I barely got enough gas to get home, also I’ve got to ball tires on the back of the car no one bothered to tell me that also the battery was dead practically before I got home I live 100 miles away. Rick case is the worst dealership ever I would never ever recommend Rick case More
