I bought a 2017 Jetta and instead of being courteous and filling the car up with gas before I left the dealership I barely got enough gas to get home, also I’ve got to ball tires on the back of the car no o filling the car up with gas before I left the dealership I barely got enough gas to get home, also I’ve got to ball tires on the back of the car no one bothered to tell me that also the battery was dead practically before I got home I live 100 miles away. Rick case is the worst dealership ever I would never ever recommend Rick case More

Buying a car has always been a daunting task for me and everyone I know! My current circumstances have me in a position with not-so-good credit. I am new to the Weston area and really had no idea where t everyone I know! My current circumstances have me in a position with not-so-good credit. I am new to the Weston area and really had no idea where to start to look for a vehicle. I took a chance on Rick Case, I figured with all the dealerships under that name, they must be doing something right. From the pleasant and helpful girl who greeted me upon entering to the final step in the finance office, the experience was hands-down the best it could be. My salesman, Farooq was very informative and helped me understand what my buying/leasing options would be. It was most important to him to get me into a car that was right for ME, and not what car was best for the dealership to sell! I was unsure that I would even qualify for financing, several different options were given to me and the Rick Case VW team found a way to make it happen. I’m relieved, grateful and absolutely love my new Jetta. It’s my first Volkswagen and won’t be my last. It has every feature I wanted, a safe, reliable vehicle with a warranty and it doesn’t hurt that it’s great looking ;). I would recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone looking for a car!
