I purchased 2 cars from Rick Case, in both cases Ivan was the Finance Manager. As I was new to the country then there were many things I was not sure how they worked; Ivan took the time to not only recommend the Finance Manager. I'm so satisfied that, even when he changed his job within the dealer, he keeps returning my calls with questions regarding financing options.
