Called and had an appointment. Came in on time and it took three hours to do a simple oil change and tire rotation. Turns out your price for three mostly off brands is a minimum of $150 more than what I can get 4 Michelin's for at Cost Co. Thats pathetic and glad I wasn't paying you by the hour with all your wasted labor doing nothing. I'd like to see you post this next to your self-initiated glamourous posts. More

They would not warranty damaged parts. They claimed they did not know about, and had not heard about the defective part even after they supposedly researched the issue. The service advisor was hurriedly making calls as i picked up the vehicle claiming to have spoke with his supervisor and manager. A 1 minute google search proved them wrong. This part is known to be defective and was warrantied by another dealer. I will not purchase a vehicle from Brent Brown Toyota. I will not use them for service in the future. I was advised to not use them for our fleet service and now I know why. They proved the reason for not using Brent Brown Service. We will travel the additional distance to use a different service department. More
