This was our second visit to Myrtle Beach Kia as well as working with Keith Gannett. Our first trip was to turn our leased Kia in early and although Keith completely understood our purpose, he was extreme working with Keith Gannett. When we finally did go back to buy a car, Keith was as amazing as he was at our first meeting. He showed genuine concern, understood our needs and the process was seamless. The other staff we worked with were also very helpful, caring and just all around nice people. We have owned Kia cars for years and can honestly say this has been by far the best experience we have had with a car dealership. We will highly recommend Keith and the entire team at Myrtle Beach Kia. More

I had my car towed to the service department because it was having electrical and brake issues. Matt was very rude and arrogant. I explained to him that it was my only source of transportation, and I cou was having electrical and brake issues. Matt was very rude and arrogant. I explained to him that it was my only source of transportation, and I could not get the rental car until they diagnosed the car. Let me explain, the plan that covers my automobile was the one purchased by MB Kia when I bought the car, so he was very well aware of that. My car sat for a week and was never touched, when I would call, he was condescending and rude. I got three different stories from three different people as to "why" it was taking so long. I spoke with the warranty company, and they explained I could take it somewhere else, but my deductible would be higher than at the dealership. I went out and picked my car up and took it to a licensed auto repair shop. Would have had it back in one day, except the Kia parts department "forgot" to deliver those parts one day and brought the wrong ones the next day. Parts had to be obtained from Kia as there are no after-market ones available. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from this dealership; the sales department is phenomenal and great to work with. The previous service department group was absolutely customer friendly and helpful. Sadly, based on the service group in place now I won't even entertain purchasing from here again. They could careless about customers!! More

We purchased 2 new vehicles with Myrtle Beach Kia and had a great experience. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and treated us great. We made several calls before coming and every single person who answered was truly in it to help us, not just sell a car. Jen, Lou, Shane, Chris, Austin, and everyone else involved made us repeat customers! We will be back and recommend to anyone interested in a Kia. Our cars are beautiful, safe, and have some style. He is a pleasure to work with and will take the time to answer any and all questions along with any challenges or issues you may be facing. Eddie even came out to my home to help me set the garage door opener after work. They have the best warranty on all there cars and truly stand behind it.
