Juan assisted with getting my service and loaner, and John helped me from the time I brought it in to the time I picked it up. Both are rockstars and an asset to the MBOTW service team. In the last few years, I have shopped around at every Mercedes dealership in the Houston area. I visited Katy, Greenway, SugarLand, and even drove all the way to Clearlake in search of my vehicle.
