Happy with the trade, but after the sale appointments for servicing my vehicle were not set up, phone calls were useless, no one returned my numerous calls. Arrived at the appointed time and was told the bal servicing my vehicle were not set up, phone calls were useless, no one returned my numerous calls. Arrived at the appointed time and was told the ball was dropped, had to reschedule..again no luck calling, so drove to dealer and ask for help. Waited around lobby for an hour, left the dealer, Did finally get a call from “NATO” he said will. Set appointment for 1/24/22 to do spraying bed liner, don’t knows if will get other work done, will see, Also wanted some one to help me understand all the features on the truck, was told to read the manual More

I was pleased with the buying process that I experienced. No pressure from Diana she just let me decide and answered any questions that I may have.
