Thank you for sharing your feedback! We have an internet market value pricing structure that prices all of our vehicles to market for us. Cars.com just so happened to have a glitch in their system to where they did not update the pricing as we normally do which is why we honored the price for you.
Normally, we would not have done that but in this instance, we felt it was the right move. Customer satisfaction is our number 1 priority and we felt honoring the price was the professional thing to do.
I am saddened to see that Diana was only a 2 star salesperson in your eyes. Her customers are normally very happy with her knowledge, expertise, and professionalism. Her and I will discuss this situation further and make sure we can avoid situations like this in the future.
