Colonial VW of Medford is a fantastic dealership to buy a car from in particular my sales rep Paul Lazzaro went above and beyond during the process. Never felt pressure to buy and he worked extremely hard to car from in particular my sales rep Paul Lazzaro went above and beyond during the process. Overall I had a great experience with Colonial VW, especially in contrast to the first VW dealership I visited. Car shopping is one of my least favorite activities, but Malachy made it low-stress, and especially in contrast to the first VW dealership I visited. Car shopping is one of my least favorite activities, but Malachy made it low-stress, and even fun. I felt respected, valued, and honestly, the process was easier than I expected! They even registered the car for me, so I didn't have to visit the RMV. Thanks again for everything! More
