Not all that happy with service department or the guy david that made me buy a warranty that i would never get to use and then when i took it in to have it looked at they told me both oil pans were leaki david that made me buy a warranty that i would never get to use and then when i took it in to have it looked at they told me both oil pans were leaking which they were not and that my ticking noise was from my breaks which it was not either. At the moment im very upset about the whole experience and i hope they do the right thing and actually fix the problem or do something to compensate me for all of the problems ive had with this being my first bmw purchase i thought i could trust the sales man but between him and the service department its been a absolute nightmare. Please help More

I drove 10 hours to look at a specific car I had been looking for online for over a year. I arranged a test drive for a Saturday morning. Going that extra mile to ensure everything was solid before I got there speaks volumes about this dealer. It wound up just being a bad spark plug, but that is one less thing I needed to worry about and gives me a level of comfort with my purchase. More
