Daniel Acuna, our salesperson, was friendly and knowledgeable. He showed us the car we'd seen on the website and answered all our questions. No high-pressure sales tactics. From my first call to the dealership to confirm car availability to it being delivered (sight unseen) he stayed in contact with me, informing me at every step of the way. The delivery driver was professional and courteous. My car was even better than I had anticipated. Very clean and great condition (used). I absolutely recommend both Daniel and Royal to anyone needing a vehicle, and will go back for future vehicles. More
