I purchased a used vehicle that needed four repairs but GM was on strike so it sat in service for months waiting on parts. Scott acted quickly to address the matter and put us into a much nicer and safer v GM was on strike so it sat in service for months waiting on parts. At 3 weeks I am still waiting to hear about the rubber sealer around the drivers side of the car. I recognize there is a strike. But this happened AT THE DEALERS, it was not there when I first saw the c sealer around the drivers side of the car. I recognize there is a strike. But this happened AT THE DEALERS, it was not there when I first saw the car. And it is getting worse. Can I have a time line when to expect this? I had a miserable experience a number of years ago when I bought a new Enclave. Please communicate the plan to me, so I can have some confidence that I am dealing with a dealership that actually follows through on commitments that were made at time of sale. More

I had a great experience buying my new Cadillac at Royal Buick GMC of Tucson. I was able to get a good deal on my new car, and enjoyed all of the extras they provide. Royal Buick was really good about working with us to get where we wanted to be with the car and the price range we were looking at. The additional amenities they provide such as Surface Protection and Lifet where we wanted to be with the car and the price range we were looking at. The additional amenities they provide such as Surface Protection and Lifetime Warranty was a big selling point. Daniel took the time we needed to make sure everything was set up and working properly (i.e. OnStar, Sirius etc.). His customer service was excellent and we will most likely return to Royal Buick the next time we are in need of a vehicle. More
