We'd been looking for a nice used car for a while. We visited the dealership and were 'assigned' Jake Mullen who promptly found something in our price range. While that vehicle didn't work out, he found another after we'd left and even sent us a video of the vehicle! We went back first thing the next morning and bought it. His service is amazing and sense of humor rivals only mine. An all around great experience at Royal (again!). More

Great place to buy a car bought my past two cadillacs from them be careful though they say they are not commissioned sales but they do get paid per how many cars they sell. There is no other place to do business. My husband and I are young and had never purchased a car before. We had been driving the same vehicles since high school. The atmosphere he created and knowledge he shared were incredible. Jake wanted what was best for us, not himself. He wanted to make sure we found the right fit and would have let us leave rather than rip us off. We are SO grateful to have met him and will definitely be coming to him for our next vehicle purchase! More
