I never thought I would ever be selling cars in my lifetime but meeting my customers and getting to know them make it so worth it. I find my success is stemmed from understanding and knowing the product I am selling and how can I benefit my customers in finding them something they love.

This was my first Cadillac purchase and I’ve only been in the Tuscan area for a couple of months. Seamless purchase transaction with no pressure. On 3/12/2024 I was passing through Tucson in a newly purchased 2024 Yukon XL when I experienced a Google maps failure. I wasn’t able to determine the problem due to the failure of my Las Vegas dealersh purchased 2024 Yukon XL when I experienced a Google maps failure. I wasn’t able to determine the problem due to the failure of my Las Vegas dealership to include a owners manual at my time of purchase. Amanda and Susan were amazing fixing my problem, showing me how to prevent it from happening again, and walking me through the correct methods of turning on other driver convenience functions that my purchasing dealer totally omitted explaining. Experiencing their level of competence has made me wish I could be a Royal customer when I make my next purchase. More

Showed up after visiting other dealers at the Auto Mall, where we were looking for a truck with a v8 and 4WD, and getting related pricing on those other brands. Came to Royal, met Amanda, and she quickly fi where we were looking for a truck with a v8 and 4WD, and getting related pricing on those other brands. Came to Royal, met Amanda, and she quickly figured out which model GMC would fit out needs. Although we were interested in a trim level we saw on the internet that was on the lot, she diplomatically guided us into the trim level we ended up with. Keep her - we came away very happy with the whole purchasing experience! More

I went to the dealership to look at a car I saw on cars. com. It wasn't ready for sale so a sales person showed me an alternate. They were kind....it was my birthday... Easy to work with and made a concerted effort to find me a car in the category I was looking with the right number of miles and competitive price. I will recommend Royal Cadillac consistently to my friends and colleagues in need of quality used vehicles as long as Amanda is Sales Department has. The dealership was very nice although I dealt with Amanda and the East Tucson Royal Kia dealership. They were a 5 star. What can I say about Amanda other than she was amazing! She listened and worked with and the East Tucson Royal Kia dealership. They were a 5 star. What can I say about Amanda other than she was amazing! She listened and worked with me, suggesting several used cars that she felt might be a fit. I was ready to purchase another car from a different dealer and she called with one more she wanted to show me. I trusted that she had my best interest at heart, so went to take a look!
