Dishonorable sales/service practices. I came in for a piston soak when my car was still 10k miles under the extended warranty sold by the dealership. I was told to come back after 100 I came in for a piston soak when my car was still 10k miles under the extended warranty sold by the dealership. I was told to come back after 1000 miles. Apparently, they told me to come back "at" 1000 Miles. When I came back, my car was only 60 miles past the extended warranty and they had to re-do the piston soak. This is when they clarified it had to be "at" 1000 miles. After coming back at 1000 miles, they told me my car failed the engine test and I need a new engine but it won't be covered under the extended warranty and it's my responsibility to pay. Notes were not written on my invoice on when to come back. I am aware Hyundai recently had a class action suit for questionable business practices, so maybe that's the route I will need to go. More

Jo Anna was a pleasure to work with. She was thorough, kept me updated daily as I was waiting on some parts to arrive. Also shout out to Colin. When I came to pick up my car there were two employees talking and did not acknowledge me. I waited patiently. Colin was helping an elderly lady but he still took time to cue the two employees that i was waiting. He had to cue them again a few minutes later as they were still chatting. You can never get an appointment when you need one. Once there you still have to wait. Then when it’s time to check out the cashier is always so rude. She really shouldn’t work with people.
