Hello and thank you for taking a moment to read my bio! My name is Chris Griswold and I am an ASM for Toyota Quick Lube. I have been in the car business for nearly 10 years. I started out in car sales, but quickly found I was more interested in working with cars rather than seeing them leave to their new homes. As a result of this, I began working in service. With my experience, I have gained an expansive knowledge of many different makes and models of cars and what makes them tick. In my spare time, you’ll find me working on my own vehicles or spending time with my wife and our friends. Amazing Service Chris does a great job for the Dealership. Amazing that I can pull in and by the time I reach the desk, my ticket is ready to go. Great My sister and I were traveling from Champaign to Iowa City to visit friends at the University and one of our engine coils went out during the drive.. My sister and I were traveling from Champaign to Iowa City to visit friends at the University and one of our engine coils went out during the drive... We tried to go to the dealership in Iowa City and they couldn't take us so we ended up having to drive to Cedar Rapids. The employees were very helpful, understood our situation and it took less than two hours to get the repair done! More

Refreshingly authentic and effective customer care My new Prius recently hit the 5,000 mile mark and required a maintenance visit to the dealership. When I called the CR Toyota dealership to inquire ab My new Prius recently hit the 5,000 mile mark and required a maintenance visit to the dealership. When I called the CR Toyota dealership to inquire about the possibility of having someone take a look at it before my trip for Chicago/Milwaukee several days later (of course I had not set an appointment in advance), I was pleasantly directed to take the car to the service bay at the Volkswagen building next door where drive-up customers were welcome. The person working the desk there (the service ticket indicates it was Chris Griswold) was instantly welcoming and proceeded to input my information into the system (I did not buy the car locally) and service my car quickly and professionally. You know when the weather is so perfect that you don't notice it at all (you're neither too hot nor too cold, etc.)? Well, I sort of had that feeling during my recent service trip to CR Toyota. Chris was so authentic, it was like dealing with a long-time friend, and for the first time in a long time I was able to enjoy a service experience because I did not have to think about it at all (Do they know I'm here? How much longer? Are they going to try to sell me something I don't need? Am I an important customer to them?, etc.). More
