Cedar Rapids Toyota is like family BETHANY BEHRLE - I cannot praise Bethany enough for all that she had done to make this experience of buying a new car, hands down, the best one I have BETHANY BEHRLE - I cannot praise Bethany enough for all that she had done to make this experience of buying a new car, hands down, the best one I have ever had. She took the time to talk with me about what I was looking for and was able to point out the pros and cons of the different vehicles I was interested in regarding how they would or would not meet what I was looking for. Ultimately I decided upon a 2019 RAV4 Hybrid. And this vehicle meets all of my needs. There was absolutely no pressure and Bethany allowed me to set the pace regarding making a decision regarding everything. She answered every question honestly and was tactful when the answer wasn't necessarily what I was hoping to hear. But it was the "no bull" approach that I appreciated and helps me feel the most confident in the decision I have made regarding choosing the RAV4 Hybrid. Bethany is a superstar! JUSTIN HESS - When Bethany wasn't able to go on a test drive with me (she needed to finish up with another customer) Justin Hess stepped up. His approach was the same - honest. I knew he was busy but at no time did I feel I was an inconvenience to him. And at other times when I was working with Bethany, he would stop by to say, "Hi" and see how I was doing. I felt he genuinely cared. CURT WIEDEMEIER - Curt worked with me for financing. Another superstar! He walked me through everything and made sure I understood all of the various programs and warranties (reinforcing what Bethany had talked with me about). At no time did I feel any pressure and his years of experience really was evident in the time and consideration he gave me in going through the "paperwork" to make it as painless and understandable as possible. Thanks again, Curt! JOHN NUS - As a former Navy member, I honestly believe that the effectiveness and reputation of a command is a direct reflection of the commanding officer. I commend John for surrounding himself with individuals who care about the customer first and strive for excellence in customer service. I knew John and his family from many, many years ago and he carries the values and sense of family with Cedar Rapids Toyota he had back then. I wasn't aware he was the sales manager and when I met him near the end of the 1st day I was there, it all made sense regarding why everyone I came in contact with were so fantastic. He has the respect and loyalty of everyone I worked with and I appreciated that. Thank you again to Bethany, Justin, Curt, and John for what was a great experience. You have a customer for life!!
