I wouldn’t go anywhere else to buy and service my Toyota’s then CR Toyota! Joe in service takes good care of my cars. Alan in sales finds time exactly what I want. Exactly what we wanted! My wife and I were not sure exactly sure what we wanted, but knew we were looking for a new vehicle. We were greeted with a smile at the door. We met My wife and I were not sure exactly sure what we wanted, but knew we were looking for a new vehicle. We were greeted with a smile at the door. We met with Terry who helped us decide on which vehicle that would fulfill all of our wants and needs on a budget we could afford. We then met with Curt in Finance who explained all of our paperwork and any extras we may want or need and helped us make the necessary selections. Once we had all the paperwork done Terry thoroughly explained everything to us in detail helping us set up apps along with the great safety features of our New 2019 Highlander Limited. Joe in service gave us a loaner car while he had the remote start feature added to our Highlander and was very accommodating to all of our needs. We drove our new vehicle home with no problems, Terry had explained everything so well that we drove home like a pro. Thank you to all those who helped make our buying experience the best!!! A Great Place to Buy a Car I have purchased my cars from Cedar Rapids Toyota and have been very, very pleased with them. From purchasing my car to regular service for my car they are very good. They provide great customer service, quality work and they are very friendly. I am just oh so pleased. Terry Helgeson sold me my car!! From the very first time I walked into his office to purchase my car to this very day he has always gone far beyond any other sales person I have worked with. He is always willing to answer any of my questions, from the day I bought my car and now two years later! I would suggest him to anyone who needs to purchase a car!!! More

Best Customer Service Around Toyota of Cedar Rapids by far has the most Caring, Compassionate, and Friendly Employee's. Custom Service is the Best I have ever experienced! O Toyota of Cedar Rapids by far has the most Caring, Compassionate, and Friendly Employee's. Custom Service is the Best I have ever experienced! On Friday 12/16/16. My Rav 4 just died on me as I was driving. Once I got my Vehicle off the road and out of the way. I called Toyota of Cedar Rapids. Everyone that I spoke with was Kind and Compassionate as I was crying and trying to find ways to get my Rav towed to Toyota, my three kids picked up from school and everything else that I needed to take care of. As I waited for 2 hours and 45 minutes on a cold and snowy day, Alan took the time to call me and try to help me over the phone get my Rav 4 running again and getting information to help the Service Department fix my Rav once it was towed in to Toyota. Throught out the time I was waiting on the tow truck Alan also sent me text massages checking on me and how I was doing. Once the tow truck came and my Rav was at Toyota Alan still took the time to follow up with me and the status of my Rav 4 into the next day. I have leased a total of 4 vehicles from Toyota and have always had wonderful experiences. This is the first time I have ever had a major issues with my vehicle and the Customer Service, Kindness, Compassion and Friendlyness I experienced was absolutely Wonderful and it was completely Above and Beyond! The Service Department got me in a rental vehicle the very next morning and is working to get my vehicle fixed and although I am just over my miles for the warranty, they are working on getting the parts that need to be replaced covered by the warranty. This was not something I had expected to hear, but was so happy to hear them say. Friday night I was told I won't know anything until Monday. Saturday morning I had already gotten a phone call with information as to what what wrong with my Rav 4 and told that I should have my vehicle back by the middle of the week and that they would keep in touch with me on the status of the repairs. You can not beat the kind of Customer Service at Toyota of Cedar Rapids! I will forever be a Toyota of Cedar Rapids Customer! More
