That’s why his first order of business is to try and put them at ease. “I try to explain why or how the problem occurred,” he says. “Then, we talk about what we can do to prevent it from happening again.” Chuck loves being able to help customers resolve maintenance issues. Awesome place to have my car worked on I am moving to florida, I bought my car from Don Ayres, and have been taking my car there for 7 years. They are the best, they are fast, helpful, ans I am moving to florida, I bought my car from Don Ayres, and have been taking my car there for 7 years. They are the best, they are fast, helpful, answers all your questions, even concerned about your day if bad or good. I told the guys i was moving they even wished us luck, and have a good safe trip. How many times has a total stranger come up to you and said that. The only thing is i am hoping i find a Dealership in florida half as good as Don Ayres, The service people and mechanics at Don Ayres is second to none. And i would recommend them if i come across anyone that needs there car worked on in Fort Wayne Indiana. More

I was promptly answered by email and phone call the next morning by Darrin Bickel. After meeting with him and Chris Demetriades I found the perfect vehicle and was able to purchase it with Darrin's help. He was so easy to talk with and found the time to work with me though he was quite busy this particular day. My experience so far is nothing less than superb with Don Ayres Honda. Every department I had contact with was very friendly and courteous. I look forward to a long relationship with them! More

excellent customer service I recently brought in our 2012 Honda Civic to their service dept because some underbody parts were damaged when my wife drove off the road. We did not have an appt and it was early Friday afternoon. Chuck Sutter our service advsor said that still would be able to look at it and let us know. About two hours later we got a call that said it was fixed. This is the kind of service that we always get from Don Ayres. All of their service advsors are terriffic, but we really like dealing with Chuck Sutter in particular He always goes the extra mile to save us some money and to make sure everything is done correctly. His memory is terrific. We bought some tires a half a year ago through the service dept and just recently Chuck asked us how do we like the tires.. Doug Settle, the service manager is fantastic too. I will always get my cars serviced at Don Ayres! More

I have been taking my Honda (previously my 1981 Prelude, now my 2001Accord) to Don Ayres since the mid 1990's, when I moved to the area. As a female, I have always been treated with respect. They are and always have been good listeners and helpful. On my most recent visit, I was having an issue with my new cell phone, not ringing. Concerned about receiving a call from the service department, I asked Mr. Suter for assistance. He figured it out and adjusted my phone to ring. They certainly are not in the business of cell phones but they have always been kind and helpful with me. I also use the shuttle service (free) that they offer while my vehicle is being serviced. This really helps me out when leaving my car so I can accomplish other things (usually attending classes at Ivy Tech or IPFW). I always allow more time than I need when using that service during busy times of the day (especially first thing or toward the end of the day) so that I can get to where I need to go on time. That is a very small "price" to pay for the ability to get around! More

During a routine service visit I was given the opportunity of a FREE check of my 2000 Honda CRV systems. The resulting inspection showed that the front brake pads were in need of replacement, the opportunity of a FREE check of my 2000 Honda CRV systems. The resulting inspection showed that the front brake pads were in need of replacement, the power steering fluid needed flushing, and the engine air cleaner needed replacement. Since I had enough time available, I had all of the needed work performed while I went to lunch without the need of an additional trip to the dealer. This saved me time and insured the continuing reliability of my wife's vehicle without an additional appointment and subsequent trip to the garage. I have purchased two new vehicles from Don Ayres Honda and have them both serviced at the dealership. The treatment I have received as a buyer and in service visits is superb and I recommend this dealership to others. More
