I am very happy with my experience it was professional, customer service was on point, , finance made things quick easy and explained anything so needed, and I left a happy girl with a new car. Merchants has always been good to me which is why I have gotten my last four cars from them. Highly recommend and Toby was great to work with! More

MY SALESMANS. NAME BEGAN WITH AN A. HE WAS GOOD. I WENT THERE TO PAY A CAR PAYMENT AND ENDED UP BUYING A 2018 NISSAN ROUGE. IT IS ONE OF THE NICEST VEHICLES I HAVE EVER OWNED. I DID GET THE PRICE I WANTED THERE TO PAY A CAR PAYMENT AND ENDED UP BUYING A 2018 NISSAN ROUGE. IT IS ONE OF THE NICEST VEHICLES I HAVE EVER OWNED. I DID GET THE PRICE I WANTED BUT, I NEVER ANTICIPATED GETTING SO MANY COOL OPTIONS. I SEEM TO FIND SOMETHING NEW AND UNEXPECTED EVERDAY. I AM HAVING A BLAST DRIVING IT. I AM A GOOD DRIVER AND ALL THE SAFETY FEATURES .MAKE ME EVEN BETTER. IT HAS MORE THAN ENOUGH POWER TO MERGE. INTO TRAFFIC AND AVOID THE CARS THAT WON'T LET US MERGE. VERY IMPORTANT! GREAT GAS MILEAGE AND WITH SOME TWEAKING WITH THE ENGINE ( VERY Ez.). I AVERAGE 36.7 MPG ALL THE TIME. I REPEAT ALL THE TIME. I GET OVER 400 MILES PER TANK FULL. A K&N AIR FILTER, A TORNADO FUEL SAVER AND A 30 DOLLAR GIZMO I FOUND ON THE INTERNET. IT MAXIMIZES YOUR COMPUTER SO THAT AFTER INSTALL AND 150 MILES IT LEARNS YOUR DRIVING HABITS AND YOUR VEHICLES PERFORMANCE ROUTINE AND INCREASED MY MPG BY AT LEAST 22 %. THAT IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE OTHER TWO ITEMS I MENTIONED, YOU ALSO COULD INCREASE YOUR MILEAGE. GOOD LUCK, YOU WON'T NEED IT. DEALERSHIP WAS FINE, THEY ALL THANKED ME FOR MY SERVICE ( NOT REQUIRED) I APPRECIATED HEARING IT. AND THEY HAVE A SPECIAL PARKING SPOT JUST FOR VETERANS AND I HAVE NEVER SEEN THAT. I PARKED RIGHT UP FRONT ALMOST IN THE SHOWROOM. A VERY COOL IDEA I THINK. MADE ME FEEL IMPORTANT IF EVEN FOR A FEW MINUTES.!!! FINANCE GUY IS A HOOT. GREAT ATTITUDE. CAN YOU IMAGINE ALL THOSE FORMS TIME AFTER TIME ETC. HOLY MOLY. IF YOU NEED A SOUND, RELIABLE, DEPENDABLE AND FUN VEHICLE I AM SURE YOU CAN GET ONE AT MERCHANTS AUTO IN HOOKSET NH. I DID! More

This was my first time buying a vehicle on my own with no help from my parents, and when I put in a price inquiry for a 2017 Hyundai Tucson, I got a call not even an hour later, very pleasant phone call, I s help from my parents, and when I put in a price inquiry for a 2017 Hyundai Tucson, I got a call not even an hour later, very pleasant phone call, I set up an appointment yesterday for 5pm to just check out the car and by 7pm I was driving home with it... Mike and Brian asked me some simple questions, did some work on the computers, and within 2 hours I had a brand new car! I wasn't sure if I had full coverage insurance, but that wasn't a problem 5 minutes after I said something Mike had an insurance broker calling me, and setting up a new insurance policy for me!!! Just an awesome experience all around!! I highly recommend Merchants Auto to anyone especially if it's your first time buying a vehicle on your own!!!! More

WAY Above and Beyond! My family has purchased all of our cars at Merchants for the past decade and every experience has been a positive one. This latest one however, with Richard Roy was WAY above and beyond what we expected. I think most people walk into a dealership a little stressed and on edge, as was the case for us this time. We were "exploring" options to try to get out of a vehicle we still owed a fair amount of money on. Never did we expect that we would be driving off the lot with an upgraded vehicle and a payment $100 less than we had been paying. Rich worked tirelessly to make this work for us and also to get the best deal possible. Admittedly, my wife and I got exhausted with the process but Rich would not give up. Extremely personable, not at all pushy and took a genuine interest in our wants and needs for a vehicle. If that wasn't enough, after the car was purchased, Rich spent another hour shopping insurance companies to try and lower our rates. Who does that?! Rich Roy apparently! Highly recommend Merchants and their staff, especially Rich! Thank you so much! - The Ladd Family More
