Couple of weeks ago I took my car to be repaired I was told that the problem had been taken care of. About two weeks later I found out the car had not been put back together on the underside where the wip told that the problem had been taken care of. About two weeks later I found out the car had not been put back together on the underside where the wiper fluid wash resides. I took it back to OMeara and I’m being told they are not responsible. That the wiper fluid container was already lose from the last time. Yet no one mentioned that detail when I picked up the car the first time. Not happy at all with this whole situation. More

I would never take my truck to this place they did a diagnostic on it and didn't find anything wrong with it needed four more hours which would cost me $800 more dollars just to look at it not fix it I diagnostic on it and didn't find anything wrong with it needed four more hours which would cost me $800 more dollars just to look at it not fix it I said no I can't afford that I'll go pick up my truck when I got my truck back the radio don't work the alarm won't go off all that was wrong with my truck was a stabilitrak light can you believe they're manager Lauren don't even have anything to say about it but that we're not responsible for it when it's been in their position for more than a week this place is unbelievable don't take your vehicle there they'll break it unless you pay what they want you to pay for it More

Terrible experience. This dealership is completely useless. Never seen such incompetence. I will never be coming back for repairs or any future cars. Servicio técnico es cero recomendable. La atención y la información brindada es completamente absurda. Mi camioneta modelo 2022 tenía problemas de transmisión con una simple válvula y quer La atención y la información brindada es completamente absurda. Mi camioneta modelo 2022 tenía problemas de transmisión con una simple válvula y querían abrir el motor de mi camioneta porque según el incapaz técnico la falla era del motor. La tuvieron más de una semana y esa fue su respuesta. Tuve que retirarla del concesionario para llevarla a uno verdaderamente competente. El peor servicio que puedes recibir. More
