Had vehicle back multiple times for an issue they created when they put my vehicle back together after a head gasket job. Ended up breaking something but eventually covered it under warranty. I bought my new car there and have always used the shop to fix any concerns. Since O’meara took over I have had the worst customer service and repairs. The staff kept passing the buck for information and and only rudely offered excuses without accountability. Each time I had to take it back because it wasn’t fixed, it stayed over by 3 to 3 days from the expected 5 days to fix. I paid my co pay every time for the same problem. I had to arrange for a rental and had to extend them due to not being able to get to my car when I was quoted. Every time I brought my car home it had another issue that was not present when I took it in. I had a mechanic look over these issues and they didn’t fail on there own.
