Sold me a 2009 sierra without a carfax and a needed front rotors and struts. I was given a safety report the brakes were not a safety issue according to Mike but the windshield wiper was a safety issue. They rotors and struts. Jarrod the finance manager put a 2 year warranty for $4000.00 which I didn't want. I confronted him and he said he canceled it. He refuses to email me the information he sent Cory. In headquarters. I think he didn't do it. I have spoken to every manager and they will not help. Omeara GMC is a joke. I'm going to contact Evan Omeara. I never received a carfax which I received from some other dealer. The carfax stated it was in a severe major accident. It should have never been sold to me and is major safety hazard. More

Annissa was friendly and addressed my needs. The problem wasn’t fixed the first time but she promptly got my truck back into the shop to address the issue. The issue was resolved the same day.
