Recall Chris in the Service Dept. is always awesome to deal with. He is very personable and keeps you updated on the status of your vehicle. He also learns, Chris in the Service Dept. is always awesome to deal with. He is very personable and keeps you updated on the status of your vehicle. He also learns, from my experience, who is customers are. I only take my car in for necessary recalls and maintenance that requires specialized tooling. Other than that, I do all of my own maintenance. Chris always offers to sell required/preventative services to me, as it is a part of his job...but he is never pushy or hassles me to get them done, as he knows I enjoy doing my own maintenance. I greatly appreciate his understanding and not being pushy. He is also very informative about upcoming maintenance intervals and what is required, which further helps me. Chris is a valuable employee, who knows his customers, listens to concerns, and respects their wishes. I have always had great experiences with Chris and will continue to only work with him in the future. More
