Great service, friendly atmosphere, clean lounge & bathroom, service time didn’t take long at all, the hot cocoa was great and exceptional Kia employees!! just wish there were snacks in the lounge lik bathroom, service time didn’t take long at all, the hot cocoa was great and exceptional Kia employees!! just wish there were snacks in the lounge like last time!! Great response to request due to family emergency Chris Hall, our always helpful service advisor, was able to accommodate a first thing next day service that was due, including new tires (which I beli Chris Hall, our always helpful service advisor, was able to accommodate a first thing next day service that was due, including new tires (which I believe Anita in parts was able to help Chris with), when I called needing help because I had to have my car for a long trip to be with a severely ill parent.
