Based on my experience with sales manager Mr Vargas i would not recommend someone leasing or financing a car here. We were about to strike a deal on a year about to be two year old car, until I caught so would not recommend someone leasing or financing a car here. We were about to strike a deal on a year about to be two year old car, until I caught some discrepancies in the contract paperwork, he displayed aggression and confrontation on trying to explain it to me. I corrected him on those errors and he took out his calculator and he tried to explain it to me it in a rudely manor while hitting random numbers on his calculator that still didn’t add up. The whole floor could hear him getting louder in his tone and aggression, even my father in law on the phone heard it. He’s unprofessional on selling his own product, therefore I’m turned off completely with the car and the dealership. Sad, I leased 3 past cars from here. More

Both sales reps and management need a little more training on customer satisfaction. I had a minor confrontation with one of the managers on duty. Instead of showing friendliness, He displayed arroga training on customer satisfaction. I had a minor confrontation with one of the managers on duty. In my recent experience with Aneudy Vargas the sales manager, I was disappointed to encounter behavior that I found disrespectful and unprofessional. During our interaction, this individual raised their manager, I was disappointed to encounter behavior that I found disrespectful and unprofessional. During our interaction, this individual raised their voice and acted erratically when I expressed that I did not agree with the deal they were offering. When I tried to communicate that I did not wish to engage in prolonged negotiations, the sales manager became visibly frustrated and confrontational. To my surprise, the sales manager then made disparaging comments about the value of my current vehicle, suggesting that I was only receiving a good equity because of a temporary market shortage, and that the vehicle would be worthless compared to one of his new cars. I found these remarks unhelpful and inappropriate. Overall, I was disappointed by the sales manager's conduct and believe that their behavior cost Honda a valuable customer. I hope that in the future, this individual can demonstrate more professionalism and respect for their customers. More
