Wendy was very helpful, she was thorough in showing us the CRV and explaining all of the features. She seamlessly fielded our questions about how to customize settings and how the automated systems work. the CRV and explaining all of the features. Working with Wendy and her finance manager, Mr. Wilson, we were able to get the best deal for our new lease on the 2024 CRV and trade in our 2015 accord coupe. I went to buy a new car with my family and the service was very well up until I picked out a car with the sticker price of 36,000 and then when the car salesman came back with the paperwork it stated a di was very well up until I picked out a car with the sticker price of 36,000 and then when the car salesman came back with the paperwork it stated a different price of 41,000. And when my family and I asked why did it go up he said “none of our cars sell for the sticker price that’s shown.” That’s not right. Whatever the price says on the car that’s what you should be selling it for. Then he told me no new car has rebate once I asked. My family and I walked out angry and then the salesman ran after us and got the manager and all of a sudden the price change back to 36,000. Another family next to us stated they tried to do the same thing and tax on 5,000 more then what the sticker price says. They too walked out and was chased down to come back. They are trying to rob customers and charge Extra 5,000 then what the car is selling for with no logical reasoning. This location needs to be investigated More
