He was kind and patient and reassuring, even when I was frustrated and had a bad attitude about the process . Warrell is passionate about customer service experience and he does it exceptionally and outstandingly well. This is our sixth vehicle at Honda, and we continually go there because of the customer experience and the reliability of the vehicles. Thank you for all that you did for us.
