Salesman Mike Black had a professional, nonaggressive style that suited us well. He was instrumental in making the deal. I put my car in and paid the diagnostic fee. I had to bring it back and they said it was covered under the recall but I have not been reimbursed on my credit card yet, they said it would. Not satisfied this time. Went in due to break down from a recall and had some other service done. Car was in for a week. Was told first it should be done in three days. Then was told it should be done t a recall and had some other service done. Car was in for a week. Was told first it should be done in three days. Then was told it should be done the next day. After two more days i had to take off work and wife had to cancel two clients costing us over $350. The reason it was not done on the sixth day was because the mechanic called in sick and locked the part in his tool box. More
