They lied to me and stated that in order for my to get an alignment I’d need to get upper/ lower bearing which was done by another reputable automotive shop within the year. I told the salesman underwriter this and he leaned under the truck and looked and said you need to take it back to them , so I did and they referred me to their alignment guy and it was done immediately. Ford alignment guys lied to me for me to pay them for work that was already done if I would’ve fell for it. I would recommend their team to anyone. More

I was in and out in a little over an hour. Made the appointment the same day. I was charged nothing since I had points built up which I had no idea I even had. A little mixup on what I was asking for last time, but the Service writer took good care of me. Ford of Port Richey is the best Ford dealership I've dealt with hands down and I've lived in multiple states the Service writer took good care of me.
