Had my oil changed as I always go to Ford for oil change and was surprised when tit only cost 12.99. My car runs better from your service. When I take it to the dealer it doesn’t run as smoothly. I dropped my 2010 Ford fusion off to be serviced for a Manufacture recall my car was 100% fine no broken windows or mirrors Ford of Port Richey fixed the recall while they were fixing my car they broke my Manufacture recall my car was 100% fine no broken windows or mirrors Ford of Port Richey fixed the recall while they were fixing my car they broke my windshield and refused to have a new one put in the service manager Nick Drummond said Ford would not except responsibility for it and would not fix it if this was a small mechanic shop I would understand this kind of behavior this was a reparable Ford dealership this behavior is unacceptable The customer service was terrible and their dignity as a company is terrible do not go to for the Port Port Ritchie. More
