Had my oil changed as I always go to Ford for oil change and was surprised when tit only cost 12.99. My car runs better from your service. When I take it to the dealer it doesn’t run as smoothly. I have to go every 6000 miles as compared to dealer which is every 3000 miles People treat me well and bonus washed my car. Couldn’t Sk for anything better. Thanks More

I dropped my 2010 Ford fusion off to be serviced for a Manufacture recall my car was 100% fine no broken windows or mirrors Ford of Port Richey fixed the recall while they were fixing my car they broke my Manufacture recall my car was 100% fine no broken windows or mirrors Ford of Port Richey fixed the recall while they were fixing my car they broke my windshield and refused to have a new one put in the service manager Nick Drummond said Ford would not except responsibility for it and would not fix it if this was a small mechanic shop I would understand this kind of behavior this was a reparable Ford dealership this behavior is unacceptable The customer service was terrible and their dignity as a company is terrible do not go to for the Port Port Ritchie. More
