Alicia was a huge help having her work in the service department for Ken Ganley is a huge plus! Pam was only bright spot and not even her responsibility, everything else was a bad experience, commission of the facts when signing up for a hitch no mention of third-party doing it thought it was going to everything else was a bad experience, commission of the facts when signing up for a hitch no mention of third-party doing it thought it was going to be done by Ford, miscalculation on the tax sales tax and then thought I was wrong but it turned out I was right they tried overcharging me by $1200, problems with hooking up to Ford pass, and vehicle heads are at a recall on it that they knew about but sold it to me before fixing it More
