As always you guys go way further that I would have expected. Once our lives calm down..we will see just what we can swing. I have been trying to get my tire fixed twice so far. The first time I was called the last minute saying the technician all called out and have to reschedule and the second time I was told everything ok The first time I was called the last minute saying the technician all called out and have to reschedule and the second time I was told everything ok till we got there telling us we had to reschedule. There is definitely a communication issues between service and the rest of team. I had very good experience purchasing the car but very bad experience with service department and we questioned about the timing and communication issues with service guy Adam who got really offended instead of trying to fix the problem just told us to reschedule. This is very unprofessional ! We purchased the sales contract via you but it seems like service team had no clue what they were doing. More

Allen Webb has a great manager in their service center and everyone's is ways super willing to help. Its the manufacture I am struggling with but these guys are highly professional and continue to speak h and everyone's is ways super willing to help. Its the manufacture I am struggling with but these guys are highly professional and continue to speak highly of the brand even though at times they take the brunt of consumer frustrations!! Nissan is lucky to have this service center to repesent the manufacture. The manufacturer needs to step up their game. More

Had an issue with the LED lights on the front of our Rogue. The dealer initially told us a few months ago that it would cost several hundred dollars. Adam in the service department double checked the st Rogue. The dealer initially told us a few months ago that it would cost several hundred dollars. Adam in the service department double checked the status during our regular service visit recently. Nissan had decided to cover the replacement for free. Outstanding support and the service department took care of the replacement in a timely manner. More
